RETURN POLICY

Objective: To ensure absolute transparency and order in the reversal of a transaction.

At Pythagorean Triad LLC, we manufacture artifacts of absolute rigidity. However, we recognize that the "Limited" world occasionally requires a return of capital.

I. THE 30-DAY WINDOW

Our return policy is governed by a 30-day constant. You have 30 days after receiving your 3-4-5 Tool of Order to request a return. Requests received on day 31 are outside the perimeter of our logistics grid and will be rejected.

II. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN (MONOLITHIC INTEGRITY)

To be eligible for a return, the artifact must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and Unmarred: The 316L Stainless Steel or Granite body must show zero signs of wear, scratches, or environmental "noise."

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in the original Nocturnal/Diurnal packaging (Universal Harmonic Expansion box).

  • Proof of Acquisition: You must provide the digital receipt or proof of purchase.

III. THE RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, you must contact the Office of the Principal  principle@pythagoreantriad.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be rejected and treated as "Visual Noise."

V. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the artifact for monolithic integrity, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
